Our Cuplock Scaffolding System includes various essential components such as Vertical Standards, Horizontal Ledgers, Adjustable Base Jacks, U Jacks, MS Challi, Walkways, and Spigot Joint Pins to meet different construction requirements.
The Vertical Standard is the main load-bearing component of the Cuplock Scaffolding System. It consists of fixed bottom cups placed at regular intervals of 500 mm, with movable top cups that can securely lock up to four horizontal members together.
Manufactured using high-quality 40 mm NB steel tubes with 3 mm thickness, our vertical standards provide excellent strength, durability, and stability. They are available with or without spigots, where standards without spigots are lighter and easier to handle.
The Horizontal Ledger connects the vertical standards and provides the required horizontal support to the scaffolding structure. It is designed with forged blade ends that fit securely into the Cuplock joints, ensuring a strong and rigid connection.
The Adjustable Base Jack is used at the bottom of the scaffolding system to maintain proper leveling on uneven surfaces. It provides a stable foundation and ensures the safety of the entire scaffold structure.
U Jack, also known as Stirrup Head, is placed at the top of the scaffolding system to support beams and formwork structures.
Scaffolding Walkways or Planks provide a safe and convenient path for workers to access different areas at height.
Spigot or Joint Pin is used to connect two vertical standards together, ensuring proper alignment and increasing the height of the Cuplock Scaffolding structure.
